In the garden there is plenty of space to play: soccer, volleyball, a sand kitchen, a swing and much more. In wintertime a luge and bobsleigh track is awaiting you. Also our pets want to be fed and caressed. The playroom is open all day for you to meet new friends.

Prices
The daily price refers to the respective basic occupancy.
The local tax of € 2.70 per person per day (from 14 years) and the final cleaning of 50€ are not included in the daily rates on the list.
Daily rate for additional guests
Children up to 5 years are not payers. Travel cots, high chairs, changing mat are provided upon request
Additional guests: 5-10€ per day
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival you can move into your apartment from about 3 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to release your apartment punctually until 9 am
Please note that pets are not admitted.
Local Tax
The local tax is € 2,70 per person per day, children under 14 are exempt from the levy. The local tax is not included in the total price and will therefore be added to the final bill in addition to the total price of your stay.
Payment conditions and cancellation policy
The receipt may be paid in cash or via bank transfer.
In the low season you can book free of cancellation charges and without a deposit, in the high season we ask for the transfer of a deposit in the amount of 20% of the total amount booked. You can see the detailed terms and conditions of your reservation during the online booking process or when you receive a written offer.
